This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee monitoring, evaluation, and learning initiatives for chapters and outposts.
• Enhance routine post-event surveys, annual assessments, dashboards, and reports in collaboration with the chapters team.
• Work alongside technology, communications, and digital innovation teams to disseminate surveys, create dashboards, and communicate results.
• Organize, convert, and visualize data using Tableau.
• Clean, analyze, and report on intricate survey data and annual monitoring statistics.
• Utilize evaluation data to refine and improve program offerings.
• Monitor Snowflake and Salesforce data systems to guarantee accurate data transfers into Tableau dashboards.
• Partner with internal teams and external collaborators on data quality and interpretation.
• Assess chapter programs through survey data.
• Create and manage surveys and dashboards using Qualtrics.
• Lead quarterly dashboard review sessions with chapter staff, setting benchmarks and best practices.
• Summarize findings for internal leadership.
• Generate evaluation presentations, reports, and data visualization handouts.
• Facilitate meetings to pinpoint program iterations and funding possibilities based on findings.
• Suggest revisions to logic models.
• Participate in Applied Research team meetings, representing the Evaluation team in both internal and external meetings.
• Attend necessary offsite events, planning sessions, and company-wide gatherings several times annually.
• A minimum of 2 years of proven program evaluation experience in an applied community setting in the United States or Canada.
• A Master's degree in Public Policy, Psychology, Social Work, Family Sciences, Consumer Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Qualtrics or similar survey systems, along with a willingness to learn Qualtrics.
• Expertise in Tableau and in creating visualizations from diverse data sources.
• Competence in at least one data analysis software: Excel, SAS, SPSS, R, or LISREL.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration abilities.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a virtual setting.
• Experience, knowledge of, or interest in military and veteran families and community-based research.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if necessary.
• Occasional out-of-town or overnight travel may be required.
• Familiarity with military lifestyle and knowledge of MSO/VSO is preferred.
• Desired proficiency in Salesforce, Snowflake, and SQL.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are preferred.
