Monday.com Specialist – Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Design, construct, and optimize intricate monday.com workflows, board configurations, dashboards, and access permissions.

• Create sophisticated automations and integrations, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability.

• Utilize APIs and Python (or similar scripting languages) to enhance monday.com beyond its native capabilities.

• Diagnose, debug, and improve existing implementations to address technical or logical challenges.

• Facilitate discovery sessions to collect requirements and convert business needs into technical solutions.

• Serve as a reliable technical consultant, managing expectations and guiding clients through transitions.

• Clearly document builds, logic, and workflows for both client and internal reference.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in SaaS implementation, solution engineering, or technical consulting.

• Essential hands-on, developer-level experience with monday.com.

• Strong expertise in developing workflows, automations, and integrations.

• Comfortable working with APIs; experience with Python or similar languages is a significant advantage.

• Confident and articulate communicator — capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical clients.

• Experienced in client-facing roles, workshops, or consulting engagements.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking full ownership of solutions.
