This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee event listings and manage shift signups in Mobilize.

• Resolve issues faced by hosts and volunteers while maintaining communication platforms.

• Assist in the onboarding process for hosts by providing toolkits, training resources, and logistical guidance on the day of events.

• Coordinate efforts among coalition staff and volunteers during peak mobilization periods and national action days.

• Monitor event capacity, fill rates, and turnout, while highlighting operational insights.

• Manage ongoing mobilization tools such as EveryAction, NGP VAN, Mobilize, and Freshdesk.

• Record and escalate any bugs or gaps to the respective tool owners.

• Rapidly establish infrastructure during urgent response situations, including event pages and updated materials.

• Assist with security monitoring and triage in accordance with team protocols.

• Support the maintenance of mobilization-related websites.

• Aid coalition partners and event hosts in utilizing data from Mobilize and related systems.

• Provide updates on the extent and impact of mobilization campaigns.

• Assist in the implementation and upkeep of the CRM system.

• Track and report incoming communications to coalition or campaign inboxes.

• Support applicants and grantees throughout the grant cycles, including reporting responsibilities.

• Offer operational assistance to coalition partners conducting joint mobilization campaigns.

• Manage requests from field and state staff.

• Ensure shared event, toolkit, and reporting systems are kept up to date.

• Address support tickets for mobilization hosts, participants, and the general public.

• Collaborate closely with the Mobilization team and coalition partners, reporting directly to the Associate Director of Mobilization Operations.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in organizing, campaigns, or mobilization efforts, including electoral, advocacy, or extensive volunteer programs.

• Proficient understanding of EveryAction and Mobilize.

• Quick to learn new tools effectively.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Experience in data-driven and logistics-heavy work.

• Ability to remain organized and composed while managing multiple concurrent requests, especially during high-pressure rapid-response times.

• Excellent written communication skills.

• Comfortable creating materials for hosts and internal reports.

• Experience in supporting coalition or multi-organization campaigns is preferred.

• Familiarity with Airtable, Formstack, or similar workflow/form tools is a plus.

• Previous experience in a distributed or remote organizing setting is preferred.
