This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Campaign Management: Initiate, oversee, and enhance user acquisition campaigns across prominent mobile platforms, including Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, Facebook, and various in-app networks.
• Unit Economics: Assume responsibility for the app's unit economics. Examine vital metrics, compute, and perpetually refine LTV, CAC, and user retention metrics.
• Budgeting & Strategy: Allocate and manage user acquisition budgets efficiently in relation to revenue targets.
• Experimentation: Implement thorough A/B testing on creatives, targeting strategies, and bidding approaches to optimize campaign effectiveness and reduce acquisition costs.
• Creative Development: Experiment with and refine creatives based on performance insights, working closely with design teams to create high-converting assets.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track daily campaign outcomes against key KPIs. Compile regular reports and execute comprehensive research in collaboration with data analysts.
• Market Analysis: Evaluate competitors to grasp market trends and proactively spot opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness and app conversion rates.
• Vendor Management: Supervise and manage the performance of external agencies and third-party vendors.
• Over 3 years of hands-on experience in paid mobile user acquisition (experience with Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, and Meta/Facebook is essential).
• In-depth knowledge of mobile analytics (AppsFlyer, SKAN, mobile attribution, cohort & funnel analysis, unit economics).
• Proven experience managing substantial budgets (starting from $35k per month).
• A background in working on the company side (not in an agency) within high-transaction sectors such as travel, e-commerce, fintech, or marketplaces, with complete responsibility for user acquisition that has a measurable impact on business outcomes.
• Proficient in written and spoken English (B2/C1); demonstrated success in international teams.
