Mobile Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Execute mechanical repairs on boats and equipment at various off-site locations and marinas.

• Safely manage customer vessels during diagnostic water testing.

• Assess boats and create detailed estimates outlining parts and labor costs.

• Complete repair tasks using service schedulers and SSO's while adhering to established timelines.

• Follow up with clients to guarantee their complete satisfaction.

• Maintain clear communication with the service and parts departments.

• Ensure a professional and tidy appearance of company vehicles.

• Operate company vehicles safely.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

• Safely operate customer vessels during diagnostic water testing.

• Conduct warranty repairs in line with manufacturers' and MarineMax standards.

• Complete repair assignments within set timelines using service schedulers and SSO's.

• Maintain and secure inventory and tools within company vehicles.

• Safely drive company vehicles while adhering to posted speed limits.

• Maintain a clean driving record.

• Uphold a professional and neat appearance.

• Communicate effectively with the service and parts departments.
