Mobile Mortgage Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Expand the mortgage business by obtaining referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other influential contacts.

• Cultivate and sustain customer relationships.

• Establish and oversee a personal customer base utilizing TD’s brand.

• Execute mortgage development and sales strategies.

• Collaborate with the Sales Manager during joint sales meetings.

• Engage in monthly coaching sessions.

• Utilize a sales management system tailored for the sales channel.

• Complete specialized sales training and enhance credit knowledge.

• Integrate into TD’s team-oriented corporate culture focused on employees.

• Independent and self-directed professional.

• Experience in building new business in a dynamic, competitive environment.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship management skills.

• Ideal candidates will have knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication.

• Preferred post-secondary education.

• Must adhere to relevant provincial employment regulations in Canada.
