Mobile Lead Developer, Flutter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of cross-platform mobile applications.

• Establish and uphold mobile architecture and coding standards.

• Mentor, coach, and supervise mobile engineering teams.

• Collaborate effectively with UX/UI, Product, Backend, and QA departments.

• Manage the mobile security framework and runtime theming.

• Integrate mobile applications with backend RESTful APIs.

• Enhance application performance and streamline the release process.

• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in mobile technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in mobile application development.

• Strong expertise in either Flutter and Dart or React Native and TypeScript.

• Demonstrated experience in launching and maintaining production-level cross-platform applications.

• Familiarity with the underlying native platforms.

• Comprehensive understanding of mobile architecture patterns and state management.

• Thorough knowledge of mobile security best practices.

• Experience with RESTful API integration.

• Proficiency in mobile CI/CD processes.
