Mobile HVAC – Maintenance Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.

📋 Description

• Execute thorough preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks across various commercial properties within a designated area.

• Operate, inspect, and maintain all HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment and systems within the assigned facilities.

• Ensure that all equipment is maintained in a manner that is energy-efficient and safe.

• Conduct inspections and repairs on both the interior and exterior areas of assigned properties, including walls, flooring, installed fixtures, roofing systems, lighting, and more.

• Candidates are expected to showcase technical proficiency in one specific craft area (such as Electrical, HVAC, Piping/Plumbing, etc.) while also being multi-skilled in other areas.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC service and repairs (or 5 years of military experience with HVAC systems).

• Universal CFC certification is required.

• A high school diploma or GED is necessary.

• Candidates must hold and maintain a valid state driver’s license.

• Proficient hands-on skills with commercial HVAC systems, pumps, motors, air handlers, controls, and electrical systems are essential.
