This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

• Ensure client success. Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that encompass ASO, Performance Marketing, and Retention. Take responsibility for your clients' KPIs and overarching goals, guaranteeing that every deliverable meets the high standards associated with Phiture.
• Manage challenging situations. Handle difficult client discussions, address crises effectively under pressure, and assertively address issues when necessary, all while maintaining strong relationships through confidence and empathy.
• Guide your senior team members. Delegate effectively, mentor Senior Consultants for their growth, and cultivate a team culture that fosters accountability while preserving trust.
• Approach problems with a structured mindset. Transform unclear inputs, vague client requests, subpar data, and competing priorities into clear, actionable strategies. Your structured thinking is a valuable asset.
• Track essential metrics. Establish KPIs, monitor performance across accounts, identify discrepancies promptly, and make swift adjustments. Commercial awareness is integral to your operational approach, not an afterthought.
• Embrace innovation with AI. Leverage generative AI tools to enhance your team's workflows, from creative and analytical tasks to daily efficiencies, ensuring Phiture remains at the forefront of industry advancements.
• Contribute to business growth. Assist in pitches and business development by accurately defining new projects and positioning your team for a successful start.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile growth marketing, showcasing a strong history of strategic leadership.
• Extensive knowledge in at least one core area, such as ASO, Paid User Acquisition, or CRM/Retention, supported by practical, hands-on experience rather than mere oversight.
• Demonstrated capability to lead and mentor senior team members, fostering trust and enhancing performance without resorting to micromanagement.
• Strong client management skills across various markets. You are adept at navigating tense situations, instilling confidence in clients while you lead.
• Proficient problem-solving abilities: you can distill ambiguous, conflicting, or incomplete information into a clear and actionable path forward.
• Commercial awareness. You possess an understanding of the factors driving revenue, recognize when a project is at risk, and know how to safeguard both margin and client value concurrently.
• Familiarity and experience with generative AI tools, accompanied by a curiosity to continuously explore new possibilities.
• A proactive, hands-on approach when necessary. You lead from the front and are willing to get involved when your team requires support.
