📋 Description

• Step into one of Phiture's most significant roles. As a Growth Lead, you will not only manage a team but also be responsible for setting the strategic direction of your pod and driving your clients' growth.

• Lead with assurance. Take ownership of your pod's strategy. Make decisions, define the direction, and create conditions that empower your team to excel. You don't wait for opportunities; you create them.

• Drive client success. Design and implement integrated marketing strategies across ASO, Performance Marketing, and Retention. Take responsibility for your clients' KPIs and overarching goals, ensuring that every deliverable upholds Phiture's renowned quality.

• Handle challenging situations. Manage difficult client discussions, navigate crises under pressure, and assertively address issues while maintaining strong relationships through confidence and empathy.

• Mentor your senior team members. Delegate effectively, coach Senior Consultants for growth, and cultivate a team culture of accountability paired with trust.

• Solve problems methodically. Transform unclear inputs, ambiguous client requests, inadequate data, and conflicting priorities into clear, actionable strategies. Your structured thinking is a key advantage.

• Monitor essential metrics. Establish KPIs, assess performance across accounts, recognize when something is amiss, and make swift course corrections. Commercial awareness is integral to your approach, not an afterthought.

• Innovate with AI. Leverage generative AI tools to enhance your team's operations, from creative and analytical tasks to daily efficiencies, ensuring Phiture remains at the forefront of innovation.

• Contribute to business growth. Assist with pitches and business development, accurately scoping new projects and preparing your team for a strong launch.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in mobile growth marketing, with a proven record in strategic leadership.

• In-depth knowledge in at least one core area: ASO, Paid UA, or CRM/Retention, with substantial hands-on experience rather than mere oversight.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor senior-level team members, fostering trust and enhancing performance without resorting to micromanagement.

• Strong experience in client management across various markets. You are comfortable during tense discussions, and clients feel assured with your leadership.

• Structured problem-solving capabilities: you can distill ambiguous, conflicting, or incomplete information into a clear plan of action.

• Commercial acumen. You grasp the factors driving revenue, identify project risks, and understand how to balance margin protection with client value.

• Familiarity and experience with generative AI tools, along with a curiosity to continually explore new possibilities.

• A proactive approach when necessary. You lead from the front and are willing to roll up your sleeves to support your team.
