Mobile Frontend Developer – iOS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and improve mobile features that are integrated with the client’s other applications.

• Engage in native iOS development utilizing Swift.

• Create responsive and fluid interfaces that adhere to the established UX/UI standards of the product.

• Build reusable components within a modular and pluggable architecture.

• Develop components and user flows using Server-Driven UI concepts.

• Analyze configurations and contracts provided by the backend for dynamic interface rendering.

• Connect mobile applications with APIs and backend services.

• Handle state management, caching, local storage, and data synchronization.

• Implement error handling for scenarios involving service unavailability and connectivity issues.

• Ensure performance, stability, and seamless user experiences.

• Apply mobile development security practices, particularly in the context of a financial institution.

• Create unit and integration tests while supporting automated testing strategies.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the establishment of technical standards.

• Collaborate with Backend, Architecture, QA, Product Owner, and UX/UI teams.

• Assist in the ongoing development of mobile architecture and shared components.

• Support observability, monitoring, and strategies for application failure analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in developing native mobile applications.

• Proficiency in iOS development using Swift, SwiftUI, and/or UIKit.

• Understanding of mobile architectures, such as MVVM, Clean Architecture, or similar methodologies.

• Experience in integrating with REST APIs.

• Familiarity with JSON and data serialization/deserialization.

• Knowledge of asynchronous programming and concurrency management.

• Awareness of mobile application modularization techniques.

• Proficient in Git and version control practices.

• Experience in unit and automated testing.

• Knowledge of CI/CD in mobile development.

• Understanding of iOS application life cycles.

• Familiarity with Apple platform development and user experience guidelines.

• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect is an advantage.

• Understanding of JWT and secure token management is a plus.

• Knowledge of secure information storage on devices is a plus.

• Familiarity with Android Keystore is a plus.

• Understanding of certificate pinning is a plus.

• Knowledge of biometrics is a plus.

• Awareness of secure coding practices is a plus.

• Familiarity with OWASP Mobile Application Security is a plus.

• Experience with digital banks, fintechs, or payment solutions.

• Familiarity with Server-Driven UI.

• Experience with Super Apps.

• Knowledge of modular and pluggable architectures.

• Experience with high-scale, business-critical applications.

• Understanding of feature flags and remote configuration.

• Experience with mobile application observability and monitoring.

• Familiarity with financial products, payments, and digital wallets.
