Mobile App Tester

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latvia.

📋 Description

• Carry out designated mobile application testing tasks for a financial management mobile app.

• Adhere to comprehensive testing guidelines and procedures.

• Record the smartphone display while executing test cases.

• Detect and document any unexpected behavior from the app.

• Submit screen recordings along with succinct test reports.

• Clearly and accurately report issues in English.

• Complete tasks within the project's deadlines.

• Conduct approximately one testing task each week, taking around 30 minutes for each.

• Deliver assignments within 1 to 2 business days over a project duration of approximately 2 to 3 months.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active personal bank account with a bank operating in Latvia.

• Must be willing to log into the application using your own bank account during testing.

• Must have a smartphone that operates on iOS 18 or later.

• Must maintain an active mobile phone number registered in Latvia.

• Comfortable comprehending written English instructions and adhering to English-language testing protocols.

• Comfortable drafting concise test reports in English.

• Comfortable with the installation and usage of mobile applications.

• Comfortable following detailed step-by-step guidance.

• Comfortable recognizing unexpected behavior in mobile applications.

• Comfortable capturing a smartphone screen recording.

• Comfortable submitting accurate reports punctually.

• Reliable access to high-speed internet.

• Own a smartphone device.

• A quiet environment suitable for independent work.

• Capability to complete tasks within the specified timeframe.

• Previous experience in software testing, QA testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), or mobile application testing is not required.
