Mobile AdTech Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Oversee the onboarding process of new mobile applications and publishers into the Refinery89 mediation platform.

• Assist publishers in understanding onboarding prerequisites and implementation procedures.

• Serve as a key operational liaison during the integration and rollout stages.

• Monitor onboarding advancements and ensure timely achievement of implementation goals.

• Set up and oversee ad units, placements, line items, and mediation configurations.

• Aid in the establishment and optimization of mediation setups across publisher accounts.

• Support the activation of demand partners and facilitate bidder onboarding activities.

• Ensure operational uniformity across various publisher implementations.

• Coordinate SDK onboarding efforts with both publishers and internal teams.

• Assist with integrations involving SDK bidders, mediation collaborators, and demand sources.

• Help with the configuration, testing, and validation of demand partners.

• Identify, document, and monitor any issues related to onboarding or implementation.

• Collaborate with technical teams to address configuration and setup obstacles.

• Confirm successful deployment and operational readiness prior to launch.

• Maintain onboarding trackers, rollout dashboards, and operational documentation.

• Develop and revise onboarding guides and internal process protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Prior experience in the AdTech sector.

• Experience in Mobile AdTech, Ad Operations, Monetization Operations, or a similar domain.

• Strong skills in operational and project coordination.

• Experience working with mobile app publishers or in app monetization contexts.

• Capability to manage multiple onboarding initiatives concurrently.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Comfortable in a dynamic, international work environment.
