ML Growth Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop scalable Python services and production-grade APIs.

• Design, implement, and enhance AI features utilizing LLMs and contemporary ML techniques.

• Construct specialized edge models.

• Establish unique labeling strategies and guide data labeling to facilitate model development.

• Transition AI systems from concepts and prototypes to dependable, observable, production-level deployments.

• Collaborate closely with product teams, founders, and stakeholders to influence product direction.

• Continuously enhance system architecture, data pipelines, and ML/AI infrastructure.

• You have experience working in teams where you took ownership—defining problems, delivering solutions, measuring outcomes, and iterating.

• You are an effective communicator, able to ask insightful questions, clarify trade-offs in a clear manner, and collaborate with stakeholders.

• You enjoy mentoring and collaborating with others.

• You have a solid track record as a Python developer and ML engineer, accumulating at least 7 years of professional software engineering experience.

• You have worked with ML/AI systems in a production setting.

• You are proficient in English, with native or fluent skills.

• Experience in early-stage startups is advantageous.

• You possess advanced knowledge of the Python language and its ecosystem.

• You have expert knowledge of key ML modeling frameworks and the development of specialized ML models.

• A deep understanding of YOLO is beneficial, with prior experience being a plus.

• You have a strong background in Data Science.

• Extensive experience with Large Language Models is essential.

• Proven expertise in Docker containerization and CI/CD pipelines is required.
