Mission Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Manage and support live mission deployments by utilizing edge-AI sensors to identify and categorize threats within RF environments.

• Take charge of hands-on field operations, which encompass deployment planning, sensor setup, testing, troubleshooting, and data validation.

• Create and enhance mission workflows, converting operator requirements into technical specifications, products, and practical capabilities.

• Work closely with engineering teams, providing customer feedback to facilitate rapid improvements in sensor hardware, software, and AI models.

• Lead training and documentation initiatives, ensuring that both internal teams and customers have the necessary tools and knowledge for efficient operation.

• Assist in mission planning and execution, which includes preparing test scenarios, supervising data collection during deployments, and coordinating post-mission debrief sessions.

• Maintain data integrity and operational readiness by overseeing system health, monitoring performance, and contributing to the ongoing development of our core platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in mission operations or field engineering roles, preferably in RF, sensing, autonomy, or related fields.

• Strong foundation in signal processing, communications engineering, or similar technical disciplines.

• Skilled in data collection workflows, operational tools, dashboards, or field instrumentation.

• Exceptional troubleshooting abilities, adaptability, and a mindset geared towards edge cases.

• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, comfortable engaging with both technical teams and field operators.

• Willingness to travel frequently and work in various, sometimes challenging, environments.

• Must be eligible for US security clearance.
