This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.
• Collaborate closely with our clients to grasp their specific challenges and advocate for their needs while working alongside the Rune engineering team to influence product development.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with the Rune engineering, product, business development, and executive teams to ensure all teams are aligned and focused on customer success.
• Embrace the dynamic nature of the Mission Manager role, where no two weeks are alike; be proactive in understanding customer issues and the technical solutions required.
• Assist in the deployment of Rune software for testing, evaluation, and operational application at government facilities and military bases.
• Facilitate training sessions to ensure that Rune’s product aligns with user requirements and is utilized effectively to create a tangible impact on our customers’ operations.
• Identify pertinent datasets through in-depth engagement with customer challenges and workflows, collaborating with Rune engineers to incorporate this data into product delivery.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in logistics or sustainment roles within the US military is preferred.
• Outstanding organizational, leadership, and decision-making capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers, team members, and senior leadership.
• Proven ability to work successfully with cross-disciplinary teams, including engineering, product, operations, and growth.
• Willingness to travel 25-40% to support program goals and customer engagements.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. secret security clearance.
