• Drive new business opportunities for Subsplash by identifying organizations that can benefit from our services.
• Engage with prospective leads who express interest.
• Build connections with key decision-makers.
• Showcase the value that Subsplash provides.
• Optimize Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
• Collaborate with warm inbound leads to successfully close deals.
• Cultivate relationships with potential clients and analyze market trends.
• Collaborate with organizations to help them achieve their objectives.
• A background in sales, with 2-5 years of experience, preferably in B2B sales.
• A strong sense of humility, innovation, and a commitment to excellence.
• A drive for sales and dedication to the team's mission.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Skilled in prospecting and online research.
• Enthusiastic about influencing, negotiating, and closing sales.
• Knowledgeable and passionate about the technology sector.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency, with experience in SaaS platforms, applications, analytics, data, or databases preferred.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel on occasion.
• A college degree is required.
• Experience or knowledge of the faith sector is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with church staff roles and dynamics is an advantage.
