This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with individuals aiming to enhance their skills and advance their careers in ministry and faith leadership.

• Offer expertise in spiritual leadership, public speaking, counseling & support, conflict resolution, interfaith dialogue, community outreach, and administrative tasks.

• Assist clients in navigating their career journey through resume assessments, cover letter crafting, LinkedIn profile reviews, interview preparation, networking strategies, salary negotiations, freelancing opportunities, and continuous skill development.

• Determine your own hours and rates, and conduct sessions online.

• Proven experience as a ministry coach.

• Practical experience in ministry or faith leadership.

• Previous coaching or mentoring background.

• A clear and structured methodology for facilitating client growth.
