Military Admissions Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding customer service to prospective students through ongoing and effective outreach and follow-up.

• Initiate outbound calls to interested prospective students regarding their potential enrollment at the University.

• Meet with potential students to accurately describe program offerings and provide guidance on suitable programs in line with their interests, qualifications, and career aspirations.

• Represent ECPI University both on campus and in the community to prospective students, parents, and organizations involved in the college selection process.

• Participate in admissions department meetings and training sessions.

• Accurately track inquiries and admissions activities.

• Complete daily activity reports.

• Ensure that enrollment paperwork is filled out accurately and submitted in a timely manner.

• Maintain current and accurate reports and information within the University system.

• Adhere to ECPI University policies, procedures, regulations, and accrediting body standards.

• Build networks and relationships to encourage referrals.

• Collaborate with various departments to promote student satisfaction.

• Assist in the planning and execution of on-campus events and programs.

• Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in university admissions or recruitment is required.

• 2–3 years of related experience, encompassing appointment setting, interviewing, relationship building, client services, follow-up, and event coordination.

• Previous military experience is highly preferred.

• Must possess experience working remotely.

• Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

• A strong passion for assisting others in achieving their educational and career objectives.

• Exceptional customer service skills, including proficient follow-up and follow-through.

• Strong oral and written communication abilities.

• Effective computer skills are essential.

• Familiarity with professional social media use.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
