Migration Manager Academy Trainer – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Guide learners throughout the comprehensive 24-week program.

• Conduct a weekly 90-minute online session.

• Utilize interactive activities to encourage reflection and enhance course material.

• Prepare for online sessions and modify suggested activities as required.

• Create visual aids to support learning.

• Assist learners outside of online sessions by addressing their inquiries.

• Monitor and assess course progress and active engagement during online sessions.

• Gather and disseminate feedback from both learners and trainers' viewpoints.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in facilitation, teaching, or conducting workshops.

• Strong knowledge of HR, global recruitment processes, and legal frameworks.

• Familiarity with and experience in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB).

• Capability to swiftly understand a specialized curriculum.

• Personal or professional background in migration, skills shortages, and workplace diversity.

• Proficiency with online tools such as Zoom, Google Drive, and learning management systems (LMS).

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Advanced communication skills in English and German, each at a minimum of C1 level.
