Mid/Senior Investment Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee, develop, and enhance a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, concentrating on individual equity with portfolios beginning at BRL 50 million in total AUM.

• Facilitate consultative asset allocation discussions tailored to each client's risk tolerance and financial goals.

• Keep track of macroeconomic developments.

• Provide a wide range of financial solutions, including Fixed Income, Equities, Funds, Retirement products, International products, and Structured products.

• Identify potential new clients and implement Member-Get-Member (MGM) and networking initiatives.

• Foster ongoing, high-quality relationships with clients to guarantee retention and satisfaction (NPS).

⛳️ Requirements

• Active certification: Ancord (AAI) or CEA / CFP® (depending on operational structure).

• Demonstrated experience in investment advisory, Private Banking, or financial consulting at Mid or Senior level.

• Proven success in managing portfolios with AUM starting at BRL 50 million.

• In-depth knowledge of investment products in both domestic and international markets.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and emotional intelligence skills.

• Permanent residency in the state of São Paulo.

• Education: University degree; preferred fields include International Trade, Actuarial and Financial Sciences, Accounting, Business Administration, Financial Management, Economics, or Finance.

• Professional experience: Over 10 years.

• Differentiators: CFP® or CGA certification; established contact network in the HNW (High-Net-Worth) segment; experience in remote work with a focus on delivery and meeting targets.
