Mid/Senior Growth Manager – App

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of paid user acquisition by strategizing, launching, and refining campaigns across pertinent channels.

• Manage ASO comprehensively (including keyword research, store visuals, competitor analysis, etc.).

• Enhance the trial-to-paid conversion rate by pinpointing and addressing drop-off areas.

• Spearhead creative testing for advertising concepts and promotional materials.

• Oversee growth metrics to inform budgetary choices.

• Explore new growth avenues through research and insights.

• Collaborate with teams and partners to implement growth initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in mobile growth or exceptional potential for early-career candidates.

• Familiarity with Apple Search Ads and practical experience managing ASO on both the App Store and Google Play.

• A relevant degree is preferred, though not mandatory.

• High initiative and the ability to identify problems proactively.

• Proven track record of delivering results.

• Experience managing Apple Search Ads alongside at least one other significant paid platform (Meta, TikTok, or Google).

• Comprehensive experience with ASO from start to finish across the Apple App Store and Google Play.

• A solid understanding of subscription funnels.

• Strong analytical skills with regard to performance data.

• Excellent creative instincts and copywriting skills.

• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, independence, and teamwork skills.

• Familiarity with AI tools or a strong desire to utilize them effectively.

• Professional proficiency in English.
