Mid/Senior AI LLM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Fine-tune open-weight LLMs utilizing SFT, LoRA/QLoRA, DPO, and GRPO methodologies.

• Identify model failures and convert them into experiments.

• Determine whether enhancements necessitate improved data, post-training modifications, prompting techniques, or classifiers.

• Construct training data and evaluations that influence future training processes.

• Enhance model performance concerning personalization, consistency, tone, multilingual capabilities, and group interactions.

• Deploy models to production and leverage actual user interactions to inform iterative improvements.

• Accelerate the training loop for quicker, more comparable, and reproducible experiments.

• Collaborate with the AI team, CTO, Product, Web, and DevOps teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully post-trained open-weight LLMs for a user-facing product and deployed them to production.

• Experience in environments where AI is central to the product or business model.

• Fine-tuning expertise is a significant part of your professional background.

• Proficient in Python, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.

• Practical experience in GPU training and debugging.

• Capability to independently create training data and evaluations and make data-driven decisions.

• Ability to transition work from notebooks to production environments.

• Regular usage of AI tools in engineering tasks.

• Comfort in working with uncensored models and explicit NSFW content, including sensitive material when developing and assessing moderation systems.
