Middle/Senior AWS DevOps, Infrastructure Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Provide support and maintenance for AWS-based infrastructure and associated services.

• Manage Microsoft infrastructure components, such as Active Directory and Domain Controllers.

• Offer support for Microsoft RDS – Remote Desktop Services.

• Oversee monitoring of infrastructure, applications, and services to ensure their availability and performance.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to infrastructure, servers, and applications.

• Engage in incident resolution, root cause analysis, and the implementation of preventive measures.

• Assist in automating routine operational tasks through the use of scripting tools.

• Collaborate with monitoring and alerting platforms to proactively identify and address issues.

• Work in conjunction with infrastructure, DevOps, security, and application teams.

• Maintain documentation for configurations, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience in outsourcing or outstaffing firms, with a proven record in delivering services to external clients.

• Over 5 years of experience with AWS and DevOps tools, including Terraform, Git, and Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with Microsoft RDS – Remote Desktop Services.

• Background in Microsoft administration, particularly with Active Directory and Domain Controllers.

• Knowledge of infrastructure support and troubleshooting incidents.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

• SQL & Databases knowledge (RDS, basic SQL, and database concepts) will be a plus.

• Experience with Monitoring & Alerting tools (Datadog, Grafana).

• Proficiency in Scripting & Automation (Bash, Python).
