Middle SEO Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee a designated portfolio of websites under the supervision of the SEO Team Lead.

• Assess website indexing, rankings, traffic, and technical health to pinpoint issues and discover growth opportunities.

• Develop proposals for SEO enhancements and execute the mutually agreed-upon action plans.

• Gather and organize semantics, construct page architectures, and refine metadata and internal linking.

• Draft technical specifications for the Content, Development, and Link Building teams while ensuring proper SEO implementation.

• Evaluate websites prior to launch and following the execution of changes.

• Utilize automation tools and recommend methods to optimize repetitive manual tasks.

• Engage in SEO experiments by recording baseline metrics, modifications, and outcomes.

• Maintain a change log and deliver succinct reports on completed tasks, outcomes, areas needing attention, and subsequent steps.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience managing multiple SEO projects simultaneously.

• In-depth SEO knowledge in semantics, clustering, website architecture, on-page optimization, internal linking, and link-building strategies.

• Practical technical SEO experience encompassing indexing, robots.txt, sitemaps, canonicals, redirects, duplicates, and response codes.

• Capability to analyze data from GSC, rank trackers, Ahrefs, Semrush, and crawler tools.

• Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel, including formulas, data lookups and matches, filters, and pivot tables.

• Competence in verifying data accuracy and identifying discrepancies across sources.

• Ability to create technical specifications for Content and Development teams while validating implementation outcomes.

• Skill in independently managing the entire process from problem identification to solution development, implementation, and evaluation.

• Experience in iGaming / Gambling, affiliate SEO, or other competitive sectors is advantageous.

• Familiarity with single-brand websites, newly registered domains, and multiple geographic locations and languages is beneficial.

• Experience with large-scale website launches or managing numerous websites is a bonus.

• Proficiency with scripts, APIs, Apps Script, Python, n8n, or ready-made automation tools is a plus.

• Practical experience with AI for analysis, content generation, and material review is a plus.

• Background in evaluating dropped domains, anchor plans, and link-building outcomes is advantageous.

• Understanding the correlation between SEO traffic, offer clicks, registrations, FTDs, and revenue is beneficial.
