This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Analyze current workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing scalable enhancements to processes.
• Collect and organize stakeholder requirements, translating them into concise specifications.
• Engage in the design of new processes, tools, and automation solutions.
• Lead operational and improvement initiatives from concept to execution.
• Define project parameters, coordinate with stakeholders, monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure projects reach completion.
• Maintain and enhance documentation for the Creative Team in Confluence.
• Facilitate onboarding and access to Confluence, Asana, internal knowledge resources, and various tools.
• Keep onboarding checklists and supporting materials up to date.
• Organize internal training sessions using the company’s Learning Management System (LMS).
• Assist with external educational initiatives, including courses and workshops.
• Contribute to the development and upkeep of a structured marketing database.
• Ensure that the information within the database remains relevant, well-organized, and frequently updated.
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Production Manager.
• Capability to engage business stakeholders, deconstruct disorganized processes into structured elements, draft clear functional specifications, and oversee solution implementation.
• Previous experience in automating back-office or production workflows, preferably within product-driven tech companies or large advertising agencies.
• Strong sense of ownership and proactivity; ability to independently analyze systems, identify areas for growth, propose solutions, and see them through to completion.
• Systematic and structured methodology in fast-paced, uncertain settings.
• Proficiency in converting operational disarray into clear, structured algorithms.
• Understanding of the foundational logic behind software systems, databases, and integrations.
• Knowledge of coding and SQL is not mandatory.
• Interest in Generative AI tools and experience with their integration into workflows is a plus.
• Personal automation projects, including no-code or low-code workflows, are an added benefit.
• Previous experience in creative production, marketing, or advertising agencies is advantageous.
