This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct analysis, planning, design, documentation, and suggest enhancements to business processes that support clients’ technological goals.
• Act as a liaison among clients, project managers, and technical teams to establish, monitor, and communicate business requirements and anticipated impacts.
• Develop elementary conceptual data and process models.
• Generate, implement, or assess basic test scenarios to confirm that client requirements are integrated into system design.
• Engage in technical reviews and inspections to guarantee that the purpose of changes is upheld throughout every phase of the project.
• Assist in acquiring new client business for the Wisconsin account with experience in Medicaid Third Party Liability.
• Actively participate in virtual collaboration and attend internal and client meetings on camera.
• A minimum of three years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with Medicaid Third Party Liability (TPL) is advantageous.
• Familiarity with fundamental computer programming concepts, including configuration, development, and batch processing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other software tools for quantitative analysis.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience in business process re-engineering.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Capability to convey messages effectively to business leaders, clients, and technical staff.
• Ability to inspire and motivate others to take action and present technical ideas in a comprehensible manner.
• Must be available to work during Wisconsin Account core business hours, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Central Time (CST).
• Required to use video cameras during all interviews and the first week of orientation.
