This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and conduct gap analyses.
• Develop structured agile user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with technical developers, architects, and product owners to refine backlogs and oversee sprint scopes.
• Map functional modifications across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITAM, and Employee Center Pro.
• Create UAT test scripts, manage user testing groups, and verify feature performance prior to deployment.
• Design and deliver engaging live and virtual training sessions.
• Generate standard operational manuals.
• Write, curate, and enhance user-focused resources within the internal ServiceNow Knowledge Base.
• Produce quick-reference materials, videos, and documentation.
• Compose organizational release notes, system announcements, and process change communications for non-technical business stakeholders.
• Manage the complete user adoption lifecycle and convert business challenges into ServiceNow solutions.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a BA or Administrator within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• At least 2 years of experience working within an Agile / Scrum framework using contemporary management software.
• Ability to simplify complex technical system architectures into relatable, everyday analogies for end-users.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, WSD, ITAM, ITOM, Employee Center Pro, SPM, IRM, SecOps.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
• Possession of an active Public Trust clearance or the capability to obtain one.
• Familiarity with Camtasia or Snagit is preferred.
