This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Assist the divisional sales team in expanding Light Commercial, RAQA, Multi-Family, VRV, and certain large custom home initiatives.
• Offer product selection and quotation services to the divisional sales teams.
• Oversee projects from their inception to completion, ensuring coordination among all parties involved.
• Deliver up-to-date project and product information to customers, sales teams, and branch teams.
• Prepare projects for closure through comprehensive reviews, documentation in the CRM system, and communication with stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate and compliant submittals while liaising with customers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate support from Customer TSMs, Sales Leadership, Technical Support Managers, Credit Department, and other personnel as necessary.
• Monitor project opportunities, details, timelines, deliveries, training, and startup assistance utilizing Salesforce.
• Create submittals, address rejections, amend and resubmit documents, and upload approved submittals into Salesforce.
• Develop cost estimates by evaluating proposals and project specifications.
• Identify equipment needs and system requirements in collaboration with customers, TSMs, and Application Specialists.
• Plan and adjust product configurations to align with customer requirements.
• Suggest enhancements to products or equipment to lower costs or enhance efficiency.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and federal, state, and local regulations.
• Execute additional projects and responsibilities that support ongoing business needs.
• Report directly to the Manager of the Middle Market Team.
• 3–5 years of experience in the industry or a related field.
• HVAC certification and expertise in technical applications.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant industry experience.
• Knowledge of product selection and quoting processes.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Skills in customer service and relationship management.
• Proficient problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Competent in using Salesforce.
• Excellent written, verbal, phone, email, and text communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
• Capacity to handle multiple time-sensitive tasks and prioritize projects accordingly.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Quick adaptability to change.
• Commitment to following safety guidelines and company policies/procedures.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Capability to lift 20 lbs. infrequently.
