Middle East P&B and HR Ops Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kuwait.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the complete quality of HR Operations as well as Payroll & Benefits administration processes.

• Leading a team of specialists in HR Operations and Payroll & Benefits.

• Ensuring compliant process delivery and tracking of KPIs.

• Directing People Operations processes and services, including onboarding, offboarding, and job change initiatives.

• Maintaining high standards of precision and quality in Payroll & Benefits operations.

• Managing third-party Payroll and Time service providers.

• Cultivating and developing a high-performing team through engaged leadership.

• Establishing a strategic partnership with key outsourced suppliers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant discipline from an accredited university or college.

• At least 5 years of professional experience with proven success and leadership in an HR Operations/Service-oriented setting managing multiple sites/locations within the Middle East Region.

• Familiarity with operations in Middle Eastern countries and local labor regulations.

• Proficient in English, both verbal and written.

• Operational experience in payroll, benefits, or workforce administration/lifecycle delivery.

• Experience collaborating with outsourced providers.

• Fluency in Arabic (Desired).

• Experience in Lean management (Desired).

• Strong understanding of relevant regional legislative programs/processes (Desired).

• Proven experience in making strategic decisions and effectively engaging with senior business and operations leaders (Desired).
