This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Identify the necessity for new filings of Oxylabs trademarks, designs, and patents in Intellectual Property Offices (IP Offices) worldwide.
• Conduct freedom to operate assessments for anticipated new IP applications.
• Oversee global IP filings coordination.
• Assist external counsels in formulating responses to office actions related to trademark, patent, design, and copyright applications in IP Offices.
• Participate in quarterly meetings with technical teams to gather new patenting ideas and protect the pool of new concepts.
• Provide guidance to colleagues on topics related to IP.
• Develop and deliver training sessions on IP matters.
• Track legislative updates in the IP field to ensure the organization remains informed.
• Monitor expenses and coordinate with external counsels.
• Qualified patent attorney or possession of a University degree in Law; specialization in Intellectual Property law is a plus.
• Education, certification, or experience in fields such as computer science, engineering, or other technology-related areas.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in IP within either the private or public sector.
• Comprehensive knowledge of IP law and a genuine passion for the subject.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
• Enthusiasm for the IT environment and technology.
