• The Sales Manager will take on the role of leading a team of Mid-Market Solution Architects (sellers) to surpass the designated sales goals and revenue objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to fulfill corporate-level agreements within their target logo accounts.
• Utilize your direct sales management expertise as a Sales leader in early-stage SaaS companies, with a focus on the Manufacturing and/or Industrial sectors.
• Create sales materials, messaging, personas, and sales processes.
• Recruit and manage a team, actively coaching representatives by frequently supporting sales calls.
• Further develop an existing network within the manufacturing industry and nurture strong relationships with corporate-level customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Condition Monitoring, Business Development, and Marketing teams.
• Enthusiastically lead, drive, and fulfill the AssetWatch vision and mission.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive activities, and client opportunities; participate in trade shows, industry events, internal meetings, and conferences.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience successfully selling SaaS applications, particularly within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• At least 3 years of experience effectively leading sales teams selling SaaS technology specifically in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Highly data-driven individual who utilizes various sales solutions to enhance performance and gather insights, creating a scalable and efficient team structure.
• Proven history of achieving and exceeding sales targets while driving revenue growth.
• Extensive existing relationships within the manufacturing industry and strong connections with decision-makers at the corporate level.
• Experience in developing go-to-market strategies, frameworks, playbooks, as well as sales materials, messaging, personas, and industry-standard sales processes.
• Strong skills in hunting and multi-threading relationship management.
• Familiarity with pilot sites and proof of concept phases for new products or services.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in corporate account sales leadership and a proven track record of success.
• Experience in devising and implementing sales strategies and contributing to enablement programs.
