This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Perform market research to discover new potential customers and leads.
• Implement a tailored outreach strategy that encompasses emailing, cold calling, and LinkedIn messaging.
• Evaluate leads by understanding the prospect's hiring approach and their specific recruiting requirements.
• Generate new business opportunities to enhance company revenue.
• Collaborate with a vibrant and motivated team of skilled SDRs to collectively reach company objectives and celebrate achievements as a group.
• Engage in additional projects and responsibilities as dictated by business needs.
• A robust work ethic combined with strong prioritization abilities.

• The skill to adjust written and verbal communication styles for diverse audiences.
• Experience in cold-calling and cold-emailing is advantageous.
