This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take ownership of and expand a portfolio of mid-market accounts in the DACH-NL region, driving new business while ensuring strong retention and growth of existing customers.
• Create and implement territory plans with a clear emphasis on acquiring new logos and achieving revenue growth for network-driven solutions.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders across business, marketing, and technology sectors.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, solutions engineering, and customer success teams to deliver customized CPaaS/API solutions to prospects and clients.
• Maintain precise pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce, acting as the business owner for your territory.
• Represent Vonage at industry events and utilize your local network to expedite new business opportunities.
• Contribute to regional planning and provide market intelligence to support the overarching EMEA sales strategy.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, preferably in CPaaS, SaaS, or telecommunications, with a proven record of new business development.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
• Comprehensive understanding of the German/DACH-NL market, including cultural subtleties and business practices.
• Established network within the DACH-NL region, especially with mid-market or Fortune 500 companies.
• Experience in managing intricate sales cycles and engaging with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Self-motivated mindset with the capability to work independently in a remote/distributed setting.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and pipeline management.
