This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
⢠Establish enduring executive relationships with major US-based clients to promote growth and expansion within a more concentrated portfolio of business.
⢠Perform thorough discovery processes to align Motiveās offerings with the operational and strategic challenges faced by customers.
⢠Deliver detailed product demonstrations and proposals tailored for customers with intricate needs and decision-making frameworks.
⢠Work collaboratively with customer success teams, support, product specialists, sales engineers, and data analysts to customize solutions and enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
⢠Oversee the contract renewal process and deploy advanced retention strategies, utilizing insights and data to reduce churn and optimize revenue growth.
⢠Address issues promptly, identifying the most effective course of action that aligns with both customer success and Motiveās business objectives.
⢠Lead strategic account planning efforts to meet and surpass higher-value revenue goals.
⢠Continuously enhance your knowledge of the Motive platform, industry trends, and best practices to provide proactive, consultative insights.
⢠Bachelorās Degree (preferably an international degree from the US/UK/Canada) and/or significant experience with US/Canada/UK B2B customers.
⢠6+ years of pertinent work experience, especially in managing larger US-based accounts with a smaller portfolio of business (approximately 50 or fewer high-value clients).
⢠Proven track record in software sales, with ideally relevant industry experience in Motiveās sectors (e.g., transportation, logistics, construction).
⢠Demonstrated expertise in managing complex deals, from discovery and demonstration through to negotiation and closure.
⢠Extensive experience driving contract renewals and maintaining revenue within mid-market or enterprise customer segments.
⢠Ability to lead or influence effectively, managing both internal and external stakeholders, including contacts at the executive level.
⢠Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a focus on consultative sales techniques.
