This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ π Oversee a specified portfolio of mid-market clients, serving as their main point of contact.
β’ π Foster revenue growth by recognizing and converting new business opportunities within both current and prospective accounts.
β’ π Keep accurate and timely records in the Salesforce system to facilitate forecasting and pipeline visibility.
β’ π Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships through consistent telephonic engagement.
β’ π Efficiently and professionally address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues.
β’ π Prioritize customer interaction based on data insights and business significance.
β’ π Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Operations, Sales Support) to ensure service excellence and data integrity.
β’ π Deliver precise sales forecasts on a daily and weekly basis.
β’ π Achieve monthly revenue targets as set by the organization.
β’ π Contribute towards a Β£5 million annual revenue target through effective pipeline management.
β’ π Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
β’ π Ensure accurate Salesforce data to support business planning and reporting.
β’ π Enhance customer lifetime value through strategic account development.
β’ β Demonstrated experience in a sales or account management role.
β’ β Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication abilities.
β’ β Commercially astute with a proactive mindset for identifying opportunities.
β’ β Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce applications.
β’ β Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
β’ β Ability to manage extensive datasets and derive actionable insights.
β’ β Familiarity with the UK energy market and supplier offerings is advantageous.
β’ π· Salary: To be discussed at interview
