β€’ πŸ‘‰ Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships through consistent telephonic engagement.

β€’ πŸ‘‰ Efficiently and professionally address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues.

β€’ πŸ‘‰ Prioritize customer interaction based on data insights and business significance.

β€’ πŸ‘‰ Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Operations, Sales Support) to ensure service excellence and data integrity.

β€’ πŸ‘‰ Deliver precise sales forecasts on a daily and weekly basis.

β€’ πŸ‘‰ Achieve monthly revenue targets as set by the organization.

β€’ πŸ‘‰ Contribute towards a Β£5 million annual revenue target through effective pipeline management.

β€’ πŸ‘‰ Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

⛳️ Requirements

β€’ βœ… Demonstrated experience in a sales or account management role.

β€’ βœ… Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication abilities.

β€’ βœ… Commercially astute with a proactive mindset for identifying opportunities.

β€’ βœ… Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce applications.

β€’ βœ… Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

β€’ βœ… Ability to manage extensive datasets and derive actionable insights.

β€’ βœ… Familiarity with the UK energy market and supplier offerings is advantageous.
