This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Reach out to potential clients through phone, email, and in-person meetings to finalize sales.
• Collaborate with support and technology teams to gain expertise in Absorb LMS and the broader learning management ecosystem.
• Showcase the features of Absorb LMS and offer pricing options to prospective clients.
• Present Absorb LMS quotes for approval and internally forward order forms for processing.
• Provide assistance to Accounts Receivable collections when necessary.
• Nurture and expand relationships with existing and new clients through planned individual account management and collaboration with internal teams.
• Utilize customer and prospect engagement tools and systems, ensuring that relevant information is accurately updated.
• Track and analyze market trends and competitor activities, delivering pertinent reports and insights.
• 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS/Software sales.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong phone presence with experience managing multiple calls and meetings daily.
• Proficient in corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and presentation abilities.
• Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time efficiently.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or Psychology is an asset, though not mandatory.
• Familiarity with HR technology.
• Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
