This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Quickly identify the challenges faced by our potential customers and uncover the most effective solutions for their businesses.
• Consistently achieve or exceed new business sales targets.
• Cultivate relationships with high-potential opportunities within small and mid-sized enterprises.
• Establish connections with prospects and internal teams to drive new business growth.
• Collaborate with HubSpot's marketing and technology teams to refine our sales strategy in alignment with new product features and offerings.
• Contribute to shaping the future of HubSpot's mission through your insights, ideas, and expertise.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Closing Sales.
• Proficient in English, along with any language from the CEE region.
• Proficiency in Czech, Polish, Hungarian, Romanian, Russian, or Greek is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional prospecting abilities.
• Unrivaled consultative selling and closing capabilities.
• Precise forecasting and management of sales pipelines.
• Proven history of high performance (e.g., consistently exceeding quotas, recognition as a President's Club member).
• A keen focus on your objectives and a robust strategy for achieving them.
