This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Identify, manage, and sell to a designated geographic area with fewer than 1,500 employees.
• Take ownership of the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, to enhance Sumo Logic's pipeline.
• Generate and present precise sales forecasts.
• Conduct product demonstrations using online tools for prospects and customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional experience for potential customers and to address their needs effectively.
• Over 3 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role for B2B applications; specifically in on-demand/SaaS, IT Infrastructure Management, or Cloud Security solutions.
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas while selling to a technical audience, including IT operations, Security, and DevOps teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a strong collaborative approach.
• A well-established contact network within the Big Data ecosystem is highly desirable.
