This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the full sales cycle, focusing on value-driven sales: Oversee a portfolio of mid-market prospects and clients. Guide them through the stages of discovery, evaluation, and onboarding, assisting them in selecting the appropriate RevenueCat path—whether that be a self-service tier or a tailored contract—without bias.
• Build relationships and maintain a field presence: Attend major industry events, conferences, and regional hubs to represent RevenueCat. Organize dinners, conduct workshops, and cultivate a robust network within the mobile app ecosystem.
• Generate outbound pipeline: Research and identify high-potential applications that have yet to adopt RevenueCat. Create highly personalized, value-oriented outreach to initiate discussions with founders, engineering leaders, and growth teams.
• Provide growth advisory: Serve as a subject matter expert for prospects. Assist them in comprehending not only how to implement RevenueCat but also how to leverage our data to enhance their paywalls, optimize user acquisition, and increase revenue.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work alongside Sales Engineering on intricate technical evaluations, ensure a smooth transition to Customer Success, and relay market insights back to our Product and Marketing teams.
• 3-5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, developer tools, or infrastructure sectors. You have a proven history of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Proven experience in a "hunter" role with responsibility for generating your own pipeline. You possess the skills to research accounts, identify the right stakeholders, and create outreach that elicits responses.
• A strong willingness to travel approximately 20-30% of the time for conferences, customer meetings, and field events.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. You can effectively engage an audience during live demonstrations and compose concise, persuasive asynchronous communications.
• Comfortable with technical products. While you don't need to be an engineer, you should be able to learn the terminology associated with mobile development (SDKs, APIs, webhooks, App Store Connect).
• Experience in a remote-first, asynchronous work environment, adept at managing your own time and priorities efficiently.
• Competitive equity in a rapidly growing Series C startup, supported by leading investors, including Y Combinator.
• 10-year window to exercise vested equity options.
• Fully remote and flexible work atmosphere.
• 4-5 weeks of recommended annual time off for mental, physical, and emotional rejuvenation.
• $2,000 USD for workspace setup and a $1,000 USD annual stipend for ongoing learning.
