📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closure.

• Develop a strategic plan tailored for your territory.

• Create and oversee outbound opportunities generated from sales efforts.

• Implement a land-and-expand sales strategy to promote widespread adoption and larger deployments.

• Educate clients on the value of Postman throughout their evaluation and adoption phases.

• Engage with key decision-makers to enhance Postman Enterprise awareness within organizations.

• Utilize data to comprehend your customers and prospects, gaining insights into their business challenges.

• Offer recommendations based on customers’ business requirements and usage trends.

• Identify customer needs and collaborate with Postman colleagues to ensure long-term customer success.

• Organize and communicate various topics effectively, including billing, legal, security, onboarding, and technical inquiries.

• Deliver a detailed and precise sales forecast.

• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success Managers, Sales Development representatives, Leadership, and others to create strategic adoption plans for large account customers.

• Be an attentive listener!


⛳️ Requirements

• A high achiever with 3-5 years of experience in hunting and closing new logos.

• Skilled in creatively generating pipeline beyond inbound lead flow.

• Capable of strategically mapping and penetrating accounts.

• Relevant sales experience within an Enterprise SaaS environment.

• Background in selling developer and/or technical products.

• Demonstrated negotiation and closing abilities, consistently exceeding sales targets while engaging with suitable customers.

• Strong history of navigating complex organizations.

• Experience presenting to senior management and C-suite executives.

• Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously at different stages of the buying process.

• Proactively interested in enhancing customer satisfaction and nurturing customer relationships.
