This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Develop and oversee a pipeline of new and expansion opportunities throughout North America.
• Create new business prospects through multichannel outbound initiatives.
• Formulate a territory plan that encompasses target accounts and strategies for pipeline generation.
• Conduct research on accounts, pinpoint key stakeholders, and cultivate relationships to generate opportunities.
• Participate in customer meetings and events, including conferences and roadshows, several times a year.
• Serve as a customer advocate by collaborating with our Customer Success team and acting as a liaison to Akuity’s engineering team for feature requests.
• Utilize sales methodologies like MEDDPICC to accurately qualify, advance, and forecast opportunities.
• Align technical requirements with business outcomes and effectively communicate ROI.
• Oversee all activities and pipeline management using HubSpot.
• At least 2 years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales closing role.
• Demonstrated success in consistently surpassing sales targets.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to comprehend DevOps, Kubernetes, and the cloud-native ecosystem.
• Effective communicator with exceptional listening, presentation, and writing capabilities.
• Self-motivated individual who excels in a dynamic, collaborative atmosphere.
• Experience in educating customers on product functionalities, best practices, and strategies for adoption.
• Familiarity with Argo CD and/or open-source enterprise sales.
• Experience in selling from the ground up within engineering organizations.
