This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Reach out to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to finalize sales.
β’ Collaborate closely with the support and technology teams to gain expertise in Absorb LMS and the broader learning management ecosystem.
β’ Showcase the functionality of Absorb LMS and offer pricing options to potential clients.
β’ Present approved Absorb LMS quotations and submit order forms for internal approval.
β’ Assist Accounts Receivable with collections when necessary.
β’ Maintain and nurture relationships with current and prospective clients through tailored account support and coordination with internal teams.
β’ Utilize customer and prospect engagement tools and systems, ensuring relevant information is updated accordingly.
β’ Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insightful reports and information.
β’ 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS/Software sales.
β’ Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
β’ Strong phone communication skills with experience handling numerous calls and meetings daily.
β’ Proficient in corporate productivity software and web presentation tools.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Strong listening and presentation skills.
β’ Capability to multitask, prioritize, and effectively manage time.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or Psychology is preferred but not mandatory.
β’ Familiarity with HR tech.
β’ Experience using Salesforce.
