This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement enterprise wireless installations in both campus and office settings.
• Conduct predictive and post-deployment wireless assessments (Ekahau preferred).
• Gather site data and verify environmental factors.
• Diagnose issues related to coverage, interference, roaming, and authentication.
• Set up SSIDs, RF profiles, and wireless security protocols.
• Generate wireless deliverables, which include survey reports, heatmaps, and validation documentation.
• Execute standardized wireless deployment processes that align with service offerings.
• Refer advanced RF design obstacles and architectural exceptions to senior engineers.
• Configure and maintain enterprise LAN infrastructure that supports wireless services.
• Implement VLANs, trunking, Spanning Tree Protocol (STP), Link Aggregation (LACP), and fundamental Quality of Service (QoS) measures.
• Provide support for static routing and OSPF configurations.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues at Layer 1–3.
• Assist in network upgrades, refresh initiatives, and lifecycle management activities.
• Keep network documentation and topology diagrams updated.
• Support 802.1X authentication, RADIUS services, and Network Access Control (NAC) solutions.
• Aid in implementing network segmentation and access control measures.
• Adhere to established security, compliance, and change management protocols.
• Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies as outlined in the requirements section.
• Identify and report security risks to the relevant Executive Leadership Team member and actively participate in remediation efforts.
• 3–6 years of experience in enterprise wireless and networking.
• Practical experience in deploying and supporting enterprise WLAN environments.
• Experience in conducting wireless surveys and validations (Ekahau preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Ethernet, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and the fundamentals of enterprise networking.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to implement designs and standards established by senior engineers.
• Familiarity with cloud-managed networking platforms such as Aruba Central, Meraki, or Mist.
• Exposure to enterprise firewall technologies.
• Knowledge of NAC solutions and wireless authentication frameworks.
• CWNA (Certified Wireless Network Administrator) certification.
• Vendor-specific wireless certifications.
• CCNA Enterprise certification.
