Mid-level SysAdmin – Remote APAC, NightShift Coverage

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take part in the transition of VM workloads from legacy storage/computing systems to new ones.

• Collaborate in planning meetings prior to migrations, working closely with application owners and internal support teams.

• Design, install, maintain, upgrade, and manage Microsoft Windows Servers and RedHat Linux within a virtualized framework.

• Support daily operations, which encompass routine service, Change Requests, Incident Investigation/Remediation, troubleshooting, and monitoring of corporate services.

• Uphold information security standards, premises integrity, and access protocols in accordance with the corporate security policy.

• Offer technical infrastructure assistance and coordination for elevated incidents and issues.

• Ensure adherence to corporate policies, including the HR Code of Conduct, Technology Policy, and Privacy Policy.

• Undertake additional duties as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a System Administrator, Infrastructure Administrator, or in a comparable role.

• Proficient in administering Windows Server and/or Linux environments.

• Fundamental understanding of networking concepts: DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP, and Firewalls.

• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.

• Background in managing Active Directory or identity management systems.

• Acquainted with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Familiar with virtualization technologies like VMware and Hyper-V.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
