Mid-Level Software Engineer – Full-Stack, Python, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate within the AI Alliance, making contributions across various RD Station products and initiatives.

• Assist in the backend development of artificial intelligence applications.

• Develop and sustain Python backend systems, ensuring they meet standards of quality, security, and scalability.

• Design and enhance APIs and architectures to facilitate AI agents and integration across different products.

• Engage in code reviews, advocating for best practices and maintaining high code quality.

• Work together with developers and other teams to create and improve solutions.

• Contribute to the development of technical documentation, create UML diagrams, and promote software engineering best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Python with experience in backend development.

• Familiarity with React and the capability to work on full-stack solutions.

• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, SOLID principles, and design patterns.

• Knowledge of event-driven systems and experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.

• Excellent communication skills, active involvement in technical discussions, and an eagerness to learn and collaborate.

• Experience in artificial intelligence, particularly in areas such as Prompt Engineering, MLOps, or LLMOps, is advantageous.

• Familiarity with observability tools like Datadog is a plus.

• Background in platform, systems support, or teams focused on complex systems migration is beneficial.

• Knowledge of messaging technologies such as Kafka and Pub/Sub is a plus.

• Understanding of technical documentation practices and system modeling is an advantage.
