Mid-Level Software Engineer – Full-Stack, Python, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate across various RD Station products and initiatives as a member of the AI Alliance.

• Assist in the backend development of applications utilizing artificial intelligence.

• Design and maintain backend systems using Python, focusing on quality, security, and scalability.

• Create and enhance APIs and architectures for AI agents and integrations throughout the products.

• Engage in code reviews to advocate for best practices and maintain code quality.

• Work alongside developers and other teams to build and advance solutions.

• Contribute to technical documentation, UML diagrams, and the sharing of software engineering best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Python with a solid background in backend development.

• Familiarity with React and the capability to contribute to full-stack solutions.

• Strong grasp of software architecture, APIs, SOLID principles, and design patterns.

• Knowledge of event-driven systems and experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.

• Excellent communication skills, active engagement in technical discussions, and a desire to learn and collaborate.

• Experience in artificial intelligence, particularly in Prompt Engineering, MLOps, or LLMOps (preferred).

• Familiarity with observability tools like Datadog (preferred).

• Background in platform support, systems support, or complex system migration teams (preferred).

• Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka and Pub/Sub (preferred).

• Knowledge of technical documentation practices and system modeling (preferred).
