📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive software solutions that expand Cherry's presence in more practices and facilitate the launch of new products beyond Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL).

• Make crucial architectural decisions that influence Cherry's platform across frontend, backend, integrations, and infrastructure.

• Establish and execute observability, monitoring, and metrics systems.

• Work in collaboration with product, design, data, and operations teams to create high-impact features and conduct experiments aimed at achieving measurable outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of software engineering experience, preferably in product-oriented environments.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering reliable, high-quality applications utilizing modern frameworks, APIs, and cloud-native infrastructure.

• Fullstack development experience with a generalist approach.

• Knowledge of infrastructure, concepts of distributed systems, and observability practices.

• Capability to excel in ambiguous situations and fast-paced growth while contributing to the development of engineering culture.

• Ability to collaborate across different time zones, including regular early morning sessions with team members in Europe.

• Experience in an early-stage startup as an early engineer or technical founder is a plus.

• Familiarity with technologies such as React, TypeScript, Node.js, Kotlin, Postgres, Fivetran, Airflow, dbt, Snowflake, and Temporal is advantageous.

• Experience with integrations involving CRMs, workflow automation tools, dashboards, or merchant platforms is a bonus.

• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required in the application.
