This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Serve as the final escalation point for unresolved critical incidents at N2 level.

β€’ Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for failures in critical applications and systems.

β€’ Design and implement structural solutions, architectural enhancements, and performance optimizations.

β€’ Participate in defining technical standards, best practices, and deployment processes (CI/CD).

β€’ Provide technical support and mentorship to N1 and N2 teams.

β€’ Manage the integration between critical systems and third-party services.

β€’ Ensure the availability, security, and scalability of applications in production.

β€’ Prepare technical reports and postmortems for high-impact incidents.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 3 to 5 years of experience in development, architecture, and support of .NET applications, with proven involvement in critical and high-availability systems.

β€’ Academic background in Systems Engineering, Multimedia Engineering, Software Analysis and Development Technology, or related fields.

β€’ Certifications in Azure DevOps, DevOps, Scrum/Agile are valued.

β€’ Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

β€’ Effective communication with technical and business stakeholders.

β€’ Adaptability.

β€’ Mentoring capabilities.

β€’ Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core/modern, including Entity Framework, LINQ, Dependency Injection, and layered/Clean Architecture.

β€’ Design, versioning, security (JWT/OAuth), and documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI) of REST APIs and microservices.

β€’ Experience with relational databases: SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and/or MySQL; query tuning, optimization, and performance troubleshooting.

β€’ Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, AWS and/or Azure, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD.

β€’ Modern frontend experience: Angular and/or React, with full-stack integration.

β€’ Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools (logs, APM, alerts) for diagnosing incidents in production.
