Senior Full-Stack Engineer – Node.js, AI-Native

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop the backend for a new product and participate in frontend development.

• Design the architecture and establish the technology stack.

• Launch the initial MVP and ensure its scalability moving forward.

• Create an AI-native environment for the team's agile development.

• Define architectural approaches, build infrastructure, and shape engineering processes.

• Make critical technical decisions from the early stages of product development.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in backend development or Full-Stack with a focus on backend.

• Experience working in a product company.

• Proficient in Node.js and TypeScript.

• Experience in frontend development using React or Next.js with TypeScript.

• Strong understanding of PostgreSQL, Redis, and REST API design.

• Knowledge of software architecture and system design.

• Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD.

• Experience writing automated tests (unit/integration/e2e).

• Active use of AI tools and agent coding (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar).

• Experience in building technical architecture and engineering processes at the early stages of product development is a significant advantage.
